Shipping
We offer free delivery on all orders to mainland UK. Highlands and Islands may incur an additional shipping cost. Please contact us for the rate at the time of enquiry. These deliveries may also take a little longer than our standard delivery times. We ship all orders within 1 working day, however if the order is time sensitive you may wish to contact us prior to ordering. Please also note there still some ongoing problems post covid with deliveries to some areas.
Large / Bulk Deliveries
Larger bulk orders are normally sent on a pallet, unless otherwise agreed prior to ordering, the delivery driver will only take the pallet onto your driveway or premises. Drivers will not unload or dispose of pallets this is your responsibility. We do or best to get you an approximate delivery time on the day of the delivery. Should the courier need to be pre book a delivery please let us know at point of ordering. If the delivery is refused or cannot be delivered, and is returned to the depot, this may incur a further delivery cost.
Returns
We accept returns for orders received upto 10 days after the delivery. We cannot accept a return after this 10 day period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be where possible in its original packaging. WE DO NOT CHARGE AN ADMIN FEE FOR RETURNS. All returns should be sent recorded delivery.
Refunds
Once returned we will inspect the return and notify you by email, if we encounter any problems we will also notify you at this point. Refunds are normally processed with 10 days of the receiving the goods back. If you have not received your refund in this time, firstly contact your bank and or card issuer before contacting us.

You are responsible for the return costs unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
