Shipping
We offer free delivery on all orders to mainland UK. Highlands and Islands may incur an additional shipping cost. Please contact us for the rate at the time of enquiry. These deliveries may also take a little longer than our standard delivery times. We ship all orders within 1 working day, however if the order is time sensitive you may wish to contact us prior to ordering. Please also note there still some ongoing problems post covid with deliveries to some areas.
Large / Bulk Deliveries
Larger bulk orders are normally sent on a pallet, unless otherwise agreed prior to ordering, the delivery driver will only take the pallet onto your driveway or premises. Drivers will not unload or dispose of pallets this is your responsibility. We do or best to get you an approximate delivery time on the day of the delivery. Should the courier need to be pre book a delivery please let us know at point of ordering. If the delivery is refused or cannot be delivered, and is returned to the depot, this may incur a further delivery cost.
Returns
We accept returns for orders received upto 10 days after the delivery. We cannot accept a return after this 10 day period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be where possible in its original packaging. WE DO NOT CHARGE AN ADMIN FEE FOR RETURNS. All returns should be sent recorded delivery.
Refunds
Once returned we will inspect the return and notify you by email, if we encounter any problems we will also notify you at this point.
Refunds are normally processed with 10 days of the receiving the goods back. If you have not received your refund in this time, firstly contact your bank and or card issuer before contacting us.

You are responsible for the return costs unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
A fantastic start to the coming summer months with our free gunge giveaway proving to be a great hit with all involved, many £1000's raised by PTA's with the "gunge the head" or nominated teacher. Initial feedback seems to show that selling raffle tickets for £1 is the way to go, with some children buying more than one ticket at a time, to get have more chances to be the lucky person to gunge there "favorite teacher". It looks like an average of £1.15 per child is being raised. A simple chair and small set of steps (with an adult) is all that is needed to "gunge the head. Many thanks to all involved and for supplying this information. photos of the events will be posted as soon as we get permission from the schools. We GIVEAWAY this powder with every colour run powder order enough gunge powder to make a 10ltr bucket, additional sachets can be purchased for only £8.99 enough for another 10ltr bucket ! Available in a choice of horrid colours we are sure this will help our PTA's raise a lot more much needed monies this year. Please share your photo's to our new Facebook group Event Colour. Well yes the photo says it all, colour is what we do. Thank you to all the 100's of schools who have already taken advantage of our Spring promotion, and stocked up on this years powder. Our sales have increased year to date by over 200% and don,t worry will are in full swing our factory is working flat out producing up to 3000kg per hour ! We wont let you down it wont be delayed from India ! Spend 5 minutes per item and you could save an average 200 pupil school the following. Sunglass 50p per pair, Tee shirts from £1.11 for a nice quality tee save 50p , swap medals for certificates which cost only 5p to print including the paper save up to £390 .. that could be a saving of up to £590,,, well done thank yourself in advance. But we do have a medal supplier who will supply you eco friendly wooden medals for under £1.50 Why do we not sell these items ? we get asked this all the time, well as it says we manufacture powder, just powder, and for this reason we have an affiliation with PTA+ magazine, as there recommended supplier for the money we help PTA's raise every year.
